We source our beef from the North East of Scotland where the rich and rolling landscape is the natural home of Scotch Beef. Many of the cattle are produced within a 50 mile radius of Inverurie, Aberdeenshire with full traceability from farm to plate. We have over 20 years’ experience purchasing from our suppliers who ensure Simon Howie beef is hand selected and graded to strict specifications before being matured on the bone for a minimum of 14 days to develop the texture and enhance flavour.
